Deleting your data

Lollipop keeps the check-ins and messages from your employer’s account for as long as that account is active. You can have yours deleted at any time. You don’t need an account or a sign-in.

How to ask

Write to jeff@trylollipop.com with your name, the company you work for, and the phone number or email address your check-ins come to. We write back to confirm once it is done.

What we delete

Your name, phone number, email address, team, role and language.
Your check-ins: moods, feelings, notes, answers and follow-up requests.
The texts, WhatsApp messages, emails and Slack messages we sent you, and your replies to them.

Your employer

Your employer’s admins can deactivate you, or delete you and your check-ins, on your page in Lollipop at any time. Your employer can ask us to delete your records too.

This deletes what Lollipop keeps. The chat on your phone, and what WhatsApp keeps under its own privacy policy, stay with WhatsApp. To stop WhatsApp messages without deleting anything, reply STOP there.
